Rachel Sklar is an accomplished Ultra Runner, who has run all across the globe. In 2020 Rachel summited the elevation of Everest by running up and down the slopes at Blue Mountain. She's a beast!
"What can I say, I have a passion for putting one foot in front of the other over and over. I’m a wanderlust soul who travels the world to train and race. My inspiration comes from big vert and mountains. I lead a nomadic lifestyle that lets me jump from location to location. My lifetime goal is to run in every country of the world."
Ryan Anthony is an adventure photographer, currently based in Toronto. He is an avid snowboarder and rock climber. He really enjoys being able to blend his passion for photography and love for adventure sports.
Photographing athletes in mountains are some of his favourite to document. Ryan is also a HydroFlask Ambassador.
Dr. Oh is passionate about helping his dedicated training communities heal faster from injury and perform at their best.
In his work, he helps people feel better, perform better and become the best version of themselves. In his own journey, Dr. Oh trains to be strong and healthy so he can be the best dad for his kids.
Mario is an advocate for the inclusion of diversity in the outdoors and encourages people to explore the outdoors through sustainable forms of travel. Mario’s stories are gripping and thought-provoking as he learns about humanity and overcoming fear.
In a world that’s rapidly changing, Mario believes his life lessons are worth sharing and hopes to inspire others to have more courage and address global issues that affect us all.
Madhu is a long distance swimmer, ultra marathon runner, community organizer, sustainability advocate and one of three Arc'teryx Toronto Problem Solvers winners in 2019.
Madhu is the co-founder GLOW Swimming and a Swim Drink Fish Ambassador. If that wasn't enough for any one person, Madhu is also a Technology Leader in RegTech, FinTech, and Sustainability initiatives by profession.Â
Steve brought the love of the outdoors and the gym together to create durable athletes that can handle anything Mother Nature throws at them. Steven loves to snowboard, hike, camp, and competes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on the side.
Monvida Sports has been bringing the community together for over 10 years, working with athletes of all levels.
Zion’s background is rooted in art. He was born in Hamilton, Ontario and the owner of the Bombshelter Graffiti shop in Toronto. There, Zion became an advocate for public arts when the art form was under scrutiny.
Now based in Muskoka, Zion focuses in on art and photography. Utilizing his natural environment as a creative backdrop, he documents the story of fellow creatives.
Geoff Gamble is an ultra distance runner based in the Niagara Region. He is a chiropractor and co-owner of Niagara Health & Rehab Centre where he works with athletes of all abilities with a focus on running injuries.
When not in clinic or on the trails, Geoff can be found traveling throughout Canada and US working as an official with the Professional Referee Organization and Major League Soccer. Geoff is also an ambassador for Happy Trails Racing.
Eric has been an avid runner and triathlete since 2005, participating in races from 5k up to Ironman, multi-day stage races and 100k trail ultras. He has been coaching endurance athletes since 2007, when he realized he enjoyed seeing others hit their goals and cross the finish lines, just as much as he did.
In 2014, Eric fell in love with the trails through the 5 Peaks Trail Running Series, where he would eventually take over as the Race Director in 2017 and in 2018, he formed Crazy Cat Adventures where he offered winter trail races, ultras and virtual running and cycling events. Dhani has been working at the intersection of arts, media, mental health, athletics and social impact for over a decade. With a passion for community and mentorship, Dhani has led several initiatives, projects and businesses each with the mission to strengthen and support underserved communities of Toronto.
Through his collaboration with Arc'teryx, Dhani is hoping to shine the same light on the potential of our city and the incredible people that create our culture.
